"content": "I think you have pointed out something of interest even as we give chance to the next speaker. A few Members have raised that issue of Clause 17 of this Bill in so far as it makes reference to what should happen in county assemblies. What should happen is already provided for under Article 177. Article 100 is specific about representation in parliament and not any other place. I hope Hon.
