    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. It has a lot of issues that I am sure the Committee will clean up when it comes to the Committee of the whole House stage. First of all, I really want to thank this committee for bringing this Bill at this time. It is good that Members of this House get to know that this is all about elections. And I think it will be good for them to take keen interest. For those of us who have been in this House before, such matters that pertain to elections always come at the tail-end of the term of Parliament. At that particular time, there is always the issue of campaigns and always very few Members are in the House to take interest."
