    "content": "I thank the Committee and as much as we failed in the past to enact or come up with laws that will make the one-third gender rule effected by Parliament, this is a great opportunity and a great step towards that. If Parliament believes in bringing up the weaker sex, in this case the women, this is a good opportunity for it to pass this and move to ensuring that we achieve gender parity."
