    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the statement from my colleague, Sen. Dullo, is noted. I wish to point out that the Committee on Health had visited Machakos County, which is one of the pilot counties and made observations on the same issues that have been raised by Sen. Dullo. However, we will undertake to look at the issues that she has raised together with what we had tabled before this House on 7th August, 2019 and get a comprehensive report from the Cabinet Secretary responsible for the Ministry of Health.
