    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker Sir, I do not have information that will give us a solution, but there is one point that I really wanted to add. In the process of disarmament of NPRs, the NPRs at the border level were not disarmed. They are the ones that are actually terrorizing people. We want to know how they are being controlled so that they do not terrorize people. Secondly, there was a promise regarding those who were disarmed. We were promised that the Government would come up with regulations in terms of how the firearms are going to be used. Up to now, we have not received information on the matter from the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. Could the Committee look into that? Let them at least give us NPRs so that they can complement the regular police and security. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
