    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, “ASAL” stands for Arid and Semi-Arid Lands in the Republic of Kenya. I can say categorically that the Ministry of Livestock Development serves the highlands, the arid areas and all parts of this country, but unfortunately, hon. Ogindo’s constituency does not fall within the ASAL areas. In terms of extension services, there are extension officers in all constituencies, including Rangwe Constituency."
