    "content": "I asked one Member of the National Assembly why they voted for this, and he told me that they were instructed to vote. I hope that we will give the two Committees time bound direction that this matter must be done within the next one week. I also urge your office, because there are many Committees including ad hoc ones, that you give them two days and freeze the activities of other Committees, so that these Committees can sit on this matter, do public hearings where necessary, analyse this matter and talk to financial analysts and Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA)."
