If you remove 14 or 15 days, the Senate will still have a balance of 20 days to make a decision in Plenary. Considering the seriousness of what they will be doing, including public participation, I am convinced that you might need to make it 20 days to allow them to listen to members of the public. We only need one or two days to make a decision here, but they need more time to make a quality presentation."
