    "content": "Secondly, as a Ministry, we are trying to re-energise our livestock strategy. We want to create more livestock marketing centres across the ASALs So, I want to assure you that once we put in place the Economic Stimulus Programme under the Ministry of Livestock Development, in terms of construction of satellite abattoirs, that problem will be solved. Under the same programme, with the help of development partners, we are building two export abattoirs – one in Garissa and one in Isiolo – for the international market."
