    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, in previous the Parliaments that I served in, there used to be a last meeting by the Big Five: the Head of Public Service, Attorney-General, Auditor-General, a representative from the Treasury and other investigative agencies to give a report as to the state of implementation of reports of the Public Accounts Committee and Public Investments Committee. They should clearly indicate the state of implementation of such reports and that would give encouragement to Members of the Committee who sit for hours without end that they do not sit in vain. It would give encouragement to the House that we do not gather here to be a talking shop."
