    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Let me just say that one of the major gains that we had from our new Constitution was the issue of inclusivity. Inclusivity includes getting nearer the people as much as it is possible. When we now start going back to the county, we are headed back to the old provincial administration way where we had provinces. The Executive is slowly taking back the gains of this Constitution.
