"content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, when you look at other areas such as horticulture and agribusiness, you will find that Kenya is competing effectively. Our tea, coffee and flowers are doing very well in the international markets. However, when it comes to livestock, we have not done very well as a country. This is a time for us to do soul searching.
