    "content": "Right now in the villages, we see young boys and girls with good grades such as B+, A plain or A-. Such people should go to university. Students who should continue with education are in the villages herding cattle and if you ask them why they are at home with such good grades, they will tell you they have no money. So, 100 per cent transition will address their plight and many of them will go to school. I support this Motion because it is good for the nation and it is going to empower everybody in this country to access education, be retained and complete education."
