    "content": "This country lacks apprenticeships. It requires people who transition from a lower level of education to middle level of education so that they can carry the bulk of the practitioners of technical skills. In the 1800, there used to be the “Journey man.” This is an individual who is considered to be going out daily for work that may be skilled or not. Eventually, that transitioned further and became an apprenticeship where an individual comes out with particular skills and knowledge. Those skills are used for their day to day earnings. Those are plumbers, electricians and carpenters; individuals who can impart their skills into particular jobs which can earn them their daily bread and that help them to support their families."
