    "content": "I would like to support this Motion because, personally, I am a victim of a system whereby, as you finish high school, some principals hold back your KCSE certificate for various reasons like failure to complete the payment of school fees. They deny you an opportunity to venture into other areas. They deny you the certificate to pursue other things."
