    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the security team within the division or the district must sit down and agree on the number of police posts and where they will be situated. Once they have agreed, then the Minutes will be forwarded to the headquarters. We will equally accept the Minutes which will be forwarded to us and now we implement it. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would request the hon. Member to make sure that the minutes which recommended the creation of other police posts or a police station or otherwise be forwarded to the headquarters in order for us to enforce. That is the criteria which we are using."
