    "content": "If you look at your Standing Orders, you are not supposed to ask questions which are there in law. For instance, you cannot ask what the law says about something because you, as a Member of Parliament, are expected to know it. It is already there in Article 108 of the Constitution and the Standing Orders. I do not need to make any ruling on that."
