Members, as you are all aware, the National Assembly has since 2009 engaged the private sector, Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), annually, through the Speaker’s Roundtable on topics of interest aimed at bolstering the roles of the two institutions and deliberated upon for posterity and development of the nation’s economy. I, therefore, wish to notify you that the National Assembly, in conjunction with the KEPSA, has organised the 2019 Speaker’s Roundtable Meeting under the theme: “The Critical Role of the Legislature and Private Sector in Boosting Economic Competitiveness for Growth and Job Creation”.
