    "content": "I listened keenly to Hon. Mbadi when he was making his presentation. He spoke about the people who live up the mountain. Those are the residents of Chepkitale who categorically disagreed with the assertions made by the Executive in the Petition that Chepyuk Phases II and III were intended to be an exchange for Chepkitale. They stated that they were not ready to discuss the exchange of their ancestral land or the allocation of such land.
