    "content": "grounds for degazettment seemed to be clear. It is a matter that was expected because the previous regimes had made a promise. We felt that it is a matter that needed to be finalised. So, it is important for the Departmental Committee on Lands to state that we stand by our Report. I believe that, finally, the locals of that area will get title deeds and will settle on their pieces of land. We have recommended that it be ensured that no land grabbers are encouraged and the beneficiaries of that land are the people who are living in that area. With those few remarks, I support."
