    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to support the Joint Committee Report. As a Member of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, I visited the said settlement scheme and this is an area where people have settled for 40-50 years. There is no space for what other Members are referring to as an opportunity for land grabbers.
