Christopher Omulele for highlighting this grave issue which was a serious oversight on our part as Members of Parliament and on the two joint Committees. As a Committee, we have been having serious issues with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA). Besides the validity of this licence, when you look at the conditions which have been set, they are like for a construction site. When NEMA is issuing all these licences, they copy and paste, especially when it comes to the conditions. These are some of the issues which we, as a Committee, have been raising."
