    "content": "(b) twenty per cent of the Fund should be shared among parties not getting from the 53 per cent. In other words, the 20 per cent will go to parties other than those which will have benefited from the 53 per cent; (c) Another 20 per cent will be shared according to the number of candidates elected from the special interest groups; (d) five per cent will be used for administration expenses; and, (e) two per cent will be availed to political parties’ liaison committee which also has a role in ensuring that special interest groups are properly represented in Parliament."
