    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. This is one of the best Bills that we have seen. As a person living with disabilities, and as a member of what we call special interest groups, I am very happy that for the first time, special interest groups have become an agenda of this House. I am happy because that is a life I am living. I will speak about it for some time. I am happy that the Member for Ndaragwa, Hon. Kioni, who is the Chair of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC), has seen it fit to bring in so many of these amendments that are meant to make it easier and favourable for persons living with disabilities, or special interest groups, to participate in the political process. It is not a walk in the park for persons living with disabilities in this country to participate in the political process."
