    "content": "Allow me to thank the Committee for coming up with these amendments which will make it possible for persons with special interests and SIGs to participate. At the end of the day we have been talking about two-thirds gender rule and we cannot talk about it without talking about persons with disabilities because they are also a marginalised group. I can tell you for sure, you cannot talk about women without talking about women with disabilities. That inter- sectionality has to apply. This is something I saw and learnt when I joined this club."
