    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to take this opportunity to condole with the family and friends of the elite General Service Unit security personnel in the deadly blast that occurred in Liboi, Garissa County. As a country, we have suffered similar attacks in the region. As a result, the country procured armoured vehicles to enhance security, which are able to detect IEDs. Why are the armoured vehicles not dispatched for use in the volatile and porous borders? The Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government should give a clear position on the state of security in these areas and further explain what strategies they are employing to ensure the security of citizens and the security personnel.
