    "content": "I also wish to mourn with our brothers who lost their lives in Garissa. We put billions of shillings into the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) and the National Intelligence Services (NIS). In many countries, you cannot send your soldiers to use roads when you know they are dangerous. How many soldiers have died because of IEDs? Those are matters that can be detected. Why can we not send detecting machines first before our people die?"
