This is why the CPAIC opted to bring to this House a Fiduciary Risks Report. In our view, some of the risks identified in counties cut across each and every county. We felt that it would be important for the Senate to frame the findings and make recommendations which would then be applied uniformly across all counties, whenever these issues arise from the counties.
