Sometimes we are not only talking to each other, but also to Kenyans. It would be important for us to bear that in mind. When we have a report having 10 counties, for example, if we will talk about Nandi County in this House, I am sure that the people of Nandi will be very keen to hear what Senate has to say about some of the things that have happened in that county in the past."
