I am glad that you have reaffirmed that I am entitled to my opinion just as everyone else is entitled to their various opinions whether we agree with them or not. The point I am trying to make is looking at the dates when we received the communication from the county assembly to today, we have acknowledged that the Senate has received a letter of a certain nature. However, it might not be a court order or what satisfies your thinking. Prudence demands that once the Senate starts a process, which we have agreed in the past, the court of law cannot stop it from a process that has a kicked off. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was in the Gov. Wairia impeachment Committee and there were similar matters. It was said that the courts of law attempted to injunct the Senate from proceeding on a matter that it had already started. If that is the case, our Standing Orders require this Committee not to look at the procedure but at the content and confirm whether the allegations are substantiated or not.
