    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the resettlement of IDPs since 2008 has been undertaken by the Ministry of State for Special Programmes. I do not know what happened because it was shifted back to the Provincial Administration. But now, again, it is back in the Ministry of State for Special Programmes. The Assistant Minister is now telling us that the issue of resettling and buying of land has been taken over by the Ministry of Lands. It seems as if there is laxity between the Ministry of State for Special Programmes and the Ministry of Lands. Could the Assistant Minister tell us which Ministry is in charge of resettling those people?"
