"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am sorry because the allegation that the resettlement exercise was taken away from the Ministry of State for Special Programmes to the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security and then to the Ministry of Lands is, indeed, misleading. At no one time has that exercise been taken away from our Ministry. It has always been complementary. Government Ministries work together to tackle such kinds of complex exercises. As for assurances, I have been assuring you, time and again, that we are going to tackle that issue. It is only that land has been difficult to acquire. Once the land is available, we will resettle the IDPs in Molo."
