    "content": "Kisumu City or wherever we think it is right to have it. We seem to celebrate their successes. However, in terms of action, we seem to be doing very little. I hope that in recognition of what our sports men and women are doing, the Government will wake up and have high class athletics stadia all over the country. Although that was promised during the 2017 General Elections, people do not talk much about them anymore. However, it is never too late. It is high time that was done in recognition of what our sports men and women are doing. They are not just doing it once, it is constantly and in every part of the world. It does not matter how high or low the place is. Whether it is in the south or the north, they continue to break records."
