    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in our country, one of the challenges we are faced with is that there are many young people who are not employed. We can encourage our young people that it is through nurturing that people like Eliud Kipchoge are who they are today. We need to start athletics training centres in every county, where young people can be trained and nurtured. I believe that we have people who are talented in sports and athletics. They can be nurtured and the entire country can enjoy."
