Speaker, it is my prayer that the Question will be redirected to the Ministry for Devolution and Planning because this particular borehole was sunk by the Tana and Athi River Development Authority (TARDA). Hon. Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation the following Question: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why Nyangiti Borehole in Gitugi Ward of Mathioya Constituency which was sunk using public funds in 2017 is yet to be equipped? (ii) When will the said Borehole be equipped to ensure provision of safe and sufficient water to thousands of residents of Mathioya?"
