    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My concern is what we are getting from the Chairman of the Committee on Administration and National Security. I asked a Question in October last year when five students were killed. Up to now, I have not got an answer. He now tells us stories about the Clerks and the procedures while Kenyans are waiting for answers. We are not asking those Questions for ourselves. We are asking them on behalf of the people we represent here. I wonder; it is like there is a failure somewhere."
