    "content": "As a Member of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, we deal with issues to do with subsidiary legislation guided clearly by the Statutory Instruments Act. So, there are basic things we look out for whenever regulations are brought before the Committee. However, these are a little different from most of the regulations we get because not only are they anchored in the Statutory Instruments Act but also under the PFM Act."
