Speaker, further, the Joint Committees noted that all the submissions it received regarding the Petition, apart from the submissions made by Mr. Peter Kemei, supported the de- gazettement of Chepyuk Phases II and III. The Committee also noted that the residents of Chepkitale disagreed with the assertions made by the Executive in the Petition that Chepyuk Phase II and III was intended to be an exchange for Chepkitale and were not ready to discuss the relocation from Chepkitale."
