    "content": "So, we engaged and interacted with the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS). The Joint Committees also undertook a field trip to Bungoma County. We held a two-day meeting with several stakeholders, including the Ogiek and Dhorobo community council of elders. These are the hunters and gatherers who live in that forest. We wanted to understand what they thought about the proposals we were fronting as a Joint Committee. We also meet other groups and received submission from various stakeholders following an advertisement we placed in the daily newspapers on 26th July 2018 in line with Article 118 of the Constitution."
