    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for allowing me to speak to such a very important matter in this House. At the outset, I oppose this Report. For the first time, I am ashamed to be a Member of the Jubilee administration. There is no way we can have all these problems of drought in the North, South, East and West of our country and the same Government, which is supposed to protect that forest, is now purporting to petition this House to degazette part of the forest under the guise that Dorobos and Ogiek have always been living inside the forest.
