    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, we noted that the Kazi kwa Vijana Programme (KKV) would have benefitted the youth of this country but it was mismanaged at the disadvantage of our youth. That programme is very important and must be well-managed and spread out to all the areas of this country. More money should be allocated to this programme. The resources should be well-managed, accounted for and distributed properly."
