    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, before I table the Report on the Petition, I join you in welcoming the students to the Senate. I would like to inform the students that this is the ‘Upper House’ of` Parliament. The core role of this House is to come up with Bills that concern counties, especially on matters education. I urge the students to be very disciplined so that in future when we retire, they will also come to the Senate. The Senate comprises old men and women."
