Senators, I direct the Whips to keep a tab on attendance because we have a number of Divisions which we will carry out as soon as we have adequate numbers. We will have Divisions on Order Nos. 9, 10, 11 and so on and so forth. Therefore, the Senate Majority and Minority Whips and the party leaders should keep a tab on attendance. Once we have adequate Members, we will carry out the Divisions. Let us now have Sen. Kibiru who is the Chairperson of the Committee on Tourism, Trade and Industrialization."
