    "content": "Mr. Vincent Ombaka brought a Petition regarding the importation of sugar and the disruption of local trade when it comes to sugar business. The Committee called a number of stakeholders, including the National Treasury, Ministry of Agriculture, the Agriculture Food Authority (AFA) and others. We made some observations and made some recommendations. One observation is that the Government published a number of gazette notices in sequence during that period.
