    "content": "This river looks like sludge and we saw irrigation going on. People are growing fruits. Perhaps, even some of the fruits we are enjoying are coming from gardens along the river, with all the dangerous impurities and toxic material in them. What lacks in this country - and Sen. Kasanga should know - is not the law; the law is there. What lacks is the goodwill to enforce the law. You do not need even a law to know that a tree is a necessary component for protection of the environment."
