    "content": "What is the solution? Sen. Kasanga wants to have committees to look after forests. The first port of call is that the national Government should take the bold step of fencing off all existing forests today, so that we turn them into no-go zones to protect them. This is because when you want to count on the goodwill of the people, it is not lacking. Just fence off the forests and protect them, so that people can learn to know that those are no-go-zones."
