    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I support the initiative of the formation of community forest associations simply because the only people who can protect the forests are the immediate communities. We know that the forests are vast and, therefore, the forest department does not have capacity to deploy enough police officers to protect the forests. It is, therefore, important for us to have community forest associations in place."
