Kasanga that encourages the national Government and county governments to establish community forest associations. Madam Temporary Speaker, a forest is one of the best savings accounts for our children. It is not only an investment in the future, but also an investment in the present. This is because when we plant and conserve forests, we get oxygen, clean air and a pleasant environment for us to exist in. Madam Temporary Speaker, I congratulate Sen. Kasanga, because this is not the first time she has brought a progressive Motion to this House.
