    "content": "Last week, officers of the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) visited me in my office and asked what we should do. They tried to access Sierra Leone area, but officers of the KFS who have been deployed there by Cabinet Secretary (CS), Mr. Keriako Tobiko, and the Rift Valley Regional Commissioner, Mr. George Natembeya, denied them entry. How can you deny 15 commissioners who have been given the opportunity to look into issues of violations of human rights a chance to look into violations that people in that particular area are facing? I want to tell them on the Floor of this House that you may enjoy all the powers that you have right now but a day will come when you will pay for all the women that have been raped, all the properties that have been destroyed and all the kids that have died from pneumonia because of carrying out a particular exercise that is not sanctioned by the Government."
