    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Hon. Barasa’s Question is a concern to us a Committee and it is a national issue. The Question that he raised is pertinent. I promised that in two weeks’ time, we will respond to him, but this week, we have been very busy. As you know, visitors from almost 70 countries visited our Committee. We finished the conference yesterday and Hon. Barasa is one of us in the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. He was also there in the meeting when the Cabinet Secretary, Mr. Matiang’i closed the meeting at about 5.00 p.m. So, we are ready to answer his Question. Probably next week we will answer Hon. Barasa’s concern."
